I’m crying for some Spiralized Onion Recipes…get it?

What You Can Expect

  • Short noodles (unlike, say, daikon radish)
  • Softer consistency, noodles that break easily (similar in durability to apples)

Preparation

  • Cut ends off onion
  • Peel outer layers off
  • Recommended blades: 3mm or 6mm

Cooking

  • Eat raw as per recipe
  • Saute 3-4 minutes on medium heat
  • Bake as per recipe
  • Recommended applications: Soups, omelettes, salads, condiment

Yield

  • 1 medium onion =  approximately 1 cup spiralized onions
  • Varies with size of onion

Storage

  • Store in an air-tight container
  • Keeps fresh for up to 5 days
